Spa Etiquette
Upon
Arrival
Please arrive 15 Minutes prior to your
scheduled appointment. This will allow time
for our therapists to prepare you for your
treatment and for you to complete any
necessary paperwork.
Dolce
Bella Spa Client Forms
If you are new to Dolce Bella Spa, you will
be asked to fill out a confidential client
information form. This form provides our
therapists with the information needed to
administer the treatments safely and without
complication. Conditions such as pregnancy
(or the possibility thereof), recent surgery
or various other conditions can conflict
with certain treatments and it is in your
best interest to complete the necessary
forms. All information collected is strictly
confidential and is only shared with the
therapists who will be performing your
treatment.
Our
Staff
We cannot guarantee requests for individual
therapists; however, we will make every
attempt to honor your preferences.
Attire
We provide appropriate spa wear for your
treatments or services, and locker rooms for
both men and women. Our spa protocol
requires full draping of guests during any
body treatment or massage therapy.
Age
Requirements
All clients must be at least 16 years of age
to receive treatments unless accompanied by
an adult.
Children
Dolce Bella Spa is a place for you to relax
and enjoy personal care and attention. For
the safety and enjoyment of our guests, we
ask that you do not bring children into the
spa area.
Cancellations
We request the courtesy of a 72 hour
cancellation notice on all spa packages and
group bookings and 24 hours notice on all
spa services. Any missed appointments, or
appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in
advance will be charged 50% of the treatment
or package rate.
Arriving Late
Late arrivals may require us to cancel or
reduce the length of treatment with full
charges applied. This policy has been
established to ensure that subsequent
treatment times are not affected by a
previous late arrival. We appreciate your
co-operation and understanding in regards to
this policy
No
Shows
Clients who fail to show for a service will
be asked to provide 50% of payment upfront
when they are booking their next service no
exceptions will be provided.
All Prices are subject to change without
notification.
Please remember to turn off cell phones,
pagers and personal music systems before
entering the spa area.
